This Privacy Policy explains how mims (“mims,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use the mims iOS app (together, the “Services”). mims is a social-deduction mystery game set inside fictional worlds, where you read an AI-authored feed, message AI characters, and try to solve the case.

Information we collect

Email address. When you join our waitlist or sign in, we collect the email address you provide.
Account information. If you create an account, we collect basic profile details such as a display name and an authentication identifier.
Gameplay content. To run the game we process the messages you send to in-game AI characters, the choices you make, and your progress. This content is used to generate responses and continue your story.
Device and usage data. We automatically collect technical information such as device type, app version, IP address, crash logs, and how you interact with the Services. This helps us keep the app stable and improve it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by law in your region.

To operate, maintain, and provide the Services.
To generate AI-authored feeds and character responses during gameplay.
To send you waitlist updates, launch news, and service messages.
To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.
